Business Resource Connection:
You go to an APICS monthly meeting, class, or seminar. There you meet and talk with supply chain professionals. You introduce yourself and exchange business cards with several members each meeting. You become acquainted with other members, their business, and their APICS connection. Later, you have questions concerning a business problem, project, or supplier. Using their business card or the APICS Membership Directory, contact a member and start a discussion about your situation. The other member relates his experience and/or suggests other members and resources that are relevant to your situation. Itメs that simple and a great resource for ideas and solutions. Try it.
Attendance:
classes, monthly chapter meeting, seminars all count as points toward certification.
If you have anything to report on member's accomplishments, or career development, please contact the VP Of Membership - David Maxwell
